Refund policy

Returns
If your item is faulty or defective upon arrival you may return it for a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Also it must be returned with 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. In the unlikely event that this happens please first contact  support@epic.uk.net
